• Free Meeting Slots: We offer free meeting slots for initial consultations. When booking a slot, we collect your contact information and the purpose of the meeting. Meetings with Our existing clients may be chargeable depending on your specific contract.

• Subscription Service ("The VA Stepping Stone"): Our subscription service provides access to exclusive website content (groups, blogs) and coaching/consulting via a WhatsApp community.

2. Subscription and Payments:

• We offer a 7-day free trial for our subscription service.

• After the trial, your chosen payment method will be charged for the subscription.

• Subscription fees are as displayed on our website and may be subject to change.

• You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

3. Refund Policy:

• For our subscription service, you may cancel within the 7-day free trial and receive a full refund if funds have already been processed.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@steph-va.co.uk.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

• No refunds will be issued beyond the 7-day trial period.

4. WhatsApp Community & The VA Stepping Stone:

• By subscribing, you gain access to our WhatsApp community.

• You agree to abide by community guidelines and conduct yourself respectfully.

• We reserve the right to remove members who violate community guidelines.

• We are not responsible for the content shared by other members of the whatsapp group.

5. User Accounts:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our subscription service.

6. Intellectual Property:

• All content on our website is owned by Steph Virtual Assistant Limited.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

• Comments that are left on the website, or within the whatsapp group, grant Steph Virtual Assistant Limited a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit and authorise others to use, reproduce and edit any of your comments in any and all forms, formats or media.
