Virtual assistant, consultancy, social media management, project and other business support services provided by Steph Virtual Assistant Limited are subject to separate service terms agreed with the client. 1. Our Services:

• Free Meeting Slots: When booking a slot, we collect your contact information and the purpose of the meeting. We offer free initial consultation meeting slots. Meetings with existing clients may be chargeable in accordance with their individual service agreement.

• Subscription Service ("The VA Stepping Stone"): Our subscription service provides access to exclusive website content (groups, blogs) and coaching/consulting via a WhatsApp community.

2. Subscription and Payments:

• We offer a 7-day free trial for our subscription service.

• After the trial, your chosen payment method will be charged for the subscription.

• Subscription fees are as displayed on our website and may be subject to change.

• You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

3. Refund Policy:

• For our subscription service, you may cancel within the 7-day free trial and receive a full refund if funds have already been processed.

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to hello@steph-va.co.uk.

• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

• No refunds will be issued beyond the 7-day trial period.

4. WhatsApp Community & The VA Stepping Stone:

• By subscribing, you gain access to our WhatsApp community.

• You agree to abide by community guidelines and conduct yourself respectfully.

• We reserve the right to remove members who violate community guidelines.

• We are not responsible for the content shared by other members of the WhatsApp group.

5. User Accounts:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account details and for activity carried out through your account.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our subscription service.

6. Intellectual Property:

• Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content, including text, graphics, branding, logos, downloads and other materials created by us, are owned by or licensed to Steph Virtual Assistant Limited and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
